Lopje was born in 1670 in Oostzaan (NL) and her baptism took place there on October 16th, 1670.1   Lopje's father was Pieter Jansz. de Boer and her mother was Trijn Jans.  Her paternal grandparents were Jan de Boer and NN.  She had two brothers and three sisters, named Jan, Lucas, Lijsje, Maritje and Neeltje.  She was the youngest of the six children.
