Leuntje Gerrits was born in 1758 in Oostzaan (NL) and her baptism took place there on May 28th, 1758.1   Leuntje Gerrits' father was Gerrit Claasz. Schuijtemaker and her mother was Maritje Gerrits (Maartje) van 't Hoog.  Her paternal grandparents were Claas Gerrits Schuijtemaker and Kornelisje Kornelis; her maternal grandfather is Gerrit van 't Hoog and her maternal grandmother was Aaltje Barends.  She had three brothers and a sister, named Klaas, Arent Gerritsz., Jacob and Cornelisje Gerrits.  She died at the age of 55 on April 26th, 1813 in Oostzaan (NL).
